What you actually receive
Four things every engagement produces, shown as they look when they land in your inbox. Illustrative examples with invented names, so you can judge the work before you buy it.

Dormant Pipeline Report
Two pages. Page one says where your emails land and what is in your database; page two says exactly what to run first, with a fixed quote.
1. Where your emails land
| Check | Status | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| SPF | Pass | Includes HubSpot and Google; no change needed |
| DKIM | Wrong domain | Signed for acme-old.com; re-sign for acme.com |
| DMARC | Missing | Add p=none with reporting, tighten after 30 days |
| Sales outreach | Same domain | SDR sequences on acme.com drag marketing reputation; move to a subdomain |
2. What is in your database
3. Dormant contacts by source
| Segment | Contacts | Meetings | Priority |
|---|---|---|---|
| Past webinar attendees | 11,200 | 8–14 | First wave |
| Closed-lost, 3 yrs | 2,900 | 4–7 | First wave |
| Content downloads | 14,600 | 6–11 | Second wave |
| Former customers | 1,100 | 2–4 | First wave |
| Imported lists | 8,600 | — | Suppress |
4. Recommendation
Run the Dormant Pipeline Sprint on the three first-wave segments (15,200 contacts). Fix DMARC and DKIM first (included in this Health Check). Expected at day 30: 14–25 meetings, 4–8 qualified opportunities. Suppress the imported lists; they cost reputation without producing pipeline.
- Delivered as PDF and as a live HubSpot dashboard where possible
- Every figure traceable to a CRM list or a placement test
- The quote in section 4 is fixed for 30 days
- Walked through on a 30-minute call
Rep briefs, delivered where sales already works
The moment a contact crosses the handoff threshold, the right rep gets a brief: as a CRM task and as an email or Slack message. Short enough to read before dialling, with an opener already drafted.
- Arrives within minutes of the trigger, not in a weekly export
- History pulled from the CRM, never retyped
- One clear ask, sized to what the contact showed interest in
- Outcome logged back, so the report counts real meetings

The sequence emails, annotated
Email 1 of a four-email reactivation sequence. Hover a note to see the line it explains.
Hi Daniel,
You joined our session on data platform migration back in October 2024, and we haven't sent you anything since. 3 That's on us. 4
Before we send anything else: is this still relevant to what you're working on at Northwind?
Yes, keep me posted · No, take me off the list 5
If it helps, the one thing people have asked about most this year is sequencing a migration so the reporting layer never goes dark. Happy to share how three teams did it, no pitch. 6

- Sending subdomain.
mail.northwind.comkeeps reactivation traffic away from the main domain's reputation. - Subject asks a question the reader can answer in one click; no offer, no urgency.
- Names the last interaction so the email is recognisably legitimate, not cold.
- Owns the silence. One sentence, no excuses; it disarms the "who are you again?" reaction.
- Explicit re-permission. Yes/No links create a clean consent record and let non-responders be sunset after email 4.
- One piece of value, specific to what this segment attended, with "no pitch" said out loud.
- From a real person on the sales team, so the reply lands with the rep who will call.
- CAN-SPAM footer: unsubscribe link and physical address on every send.
Results report
One page, in the language your CEO uses: contacts worked, responders handed over, meetings held, opportunities created, pipeline value. Followed by what we'd run next and why.
- Meetings and pipeline, not just opens and clicks
- Every segment shown separately, so you know which lists are worth working again
- Deliverability before and after
- Recommendation with a fixed quote for the next step
