We started Funnel Fig after watching the same thing happen at company after company: a CRM full of contacts that cost real money to acquire, and nobody whose job it was to talk to them.
Why we exist
New leads get the budget and the attention. Existing contacts get whoever has spare time on a Friday. So the database grows, goes quiet, and eventually becomes a liability instead of an asset.
