Services
All services are governed by a written proposal or agreement that sets out scope, price, timeline, and deliverables. Where these terms and a signed agreement differ, the agreement applies.
Ownership
Clients own their email platform accounts, contact lists, and the deliverables we produce once paid for. Funnel Fig retains the right to reuse general know-how, frameworks, and templates that are not specific to a client.
Compliance
Clients are responsible for the lawful collection of contact data and for consent under applicable laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL). We build programs to send only to contacts who have opted in.
Payment
One-time packages are paid in full at booking. The Pipeline Engine is invoiced monthly in advance with a three-month minimum. Late payments may pause work. Payments may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours and before kickoff; after that, or once work starts, they are non-refundable. See our payment and cancellation terms.
Liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service. We don't guarantee specific results, as outcomes depend on factors outside our control including list quality and market conditions.
